Dappled light on sun-bleached timbers....
.... twilight by candle light
.... baskets and raffia
.... and a table of friends and laughter
Add the best catch of the day
.... with a glass or two of bubbles
.... and fresh fruit from the harvest
These are the things I love about al fresco dining!

I'd love to dig into those prawns. Everything looks delicious and so summery!

It all looks so amazing...Ι'm coming over! Save me a seat!
ReplyDeleteSeats saved for both of you! This is where we ate every meal, drank every coffee and sipped every glass of chilled wine over New Year - sublime. F xx

ReplyDeletePinned an image but if you'd rather I didn't just let me know,
ciao lisa
No problem Lisa - thank you - they were scrumptious! F xx
ReplyDeleteFrancesca , I love the way you entertain! A table setting tells a story and this story tells me that you love to entertain, the more the merrier. You enjoy food, are a great hostess, thinking of every detail, you have exceptional taste as I love your setting and am having serious hat envy at the moment! Thank you do much for sharing your word list via email. I hope you post it...I love it!
ReplyDeleteBest wishes...

WEll I say Carla helped us both. I love your blog and I love Greece and Crete through another blogger so I will sit back and enjoy your photographs often.

Jeanne what lovely comments thank you - it is so easy when you have good friends to help and share it with. Virginia I am touched - I am in the process of sorting through literally hundreds of Greek photos and posting more from there - these, I have to say are my favourite. Have a great week F x
