Soffritto

I make sure I never run out of these basic ingredients 
for fine winter fare ....






To these I simply add meat, vegetables, pasta or pulses 



.... for the very best in comfort food - scrumptious!

  3. G’day Francesca, I love the images of tomatoes, garlic, basil all the wonderful foods of summer. Summer is now long gone in Perth Australia so as I look at your bright images they have me hankering for the spring and summer. I agree my camera has taught me to really SEE. Go well. Ruth
